We are delighted to be back in the Lee Bank/Park Central area for Re:connections (part II), our creative place-making project exploring how dialogical arts can be a way of capturing our sensory connections with where we live.
The project is supported by Birmingham City Council through Culture On Our Doorstep funding, and we are grateful to Edgbaston Community Centre for their amazing support
Activities will start with a series of artist led walks around the Lee Bank/Park Central area
Artworks were exhibited at the AHRA International Architecture Conference: Architecture and the City, Birmingham City University
An event took place in Moonlit Park on 15thJuly where the artists shared artworks with residents and users of the park. Artworks were created in response to the artists conversations with residents about their connections to the area.
